This is a kind of tough decision after having a child but had to accept for the welfare of the child as she is not ready to continue the relationship of marriage with me. I have made a one-time settlement amount to handle financially all aspects of child till her marriage including education, health etc. And no visitation/legal/any kind of financial rights to her in the future with me.
